HedgerX referral and affiliate plans: how they work
HedgerX has three different referral systems: an invitation code on the exchange, a rank plan in Hedger AI and a rank plan in Hedger Pay. The rank plans pay for recruiting through direct referrals, rank differences and team targets.

Three systems with the same word
The exchange invitation code. At registration you can enter a referrer’s code. HedgerX’s help center says the code may bring additional rewards but names no amounts. The same article calls fake transactions made to claim rebates, and commissions moved between linked accounts, abuse that can lead to deductions and restrictions.
Hedger AI ranks. There are fourteen ranks, A0 to A13. Each asks for a level of personal charging, a number of direct referrals and a team performance figure. See Hedger AI.
Hedger Pay ranks. There are thirteen, A1 to A13, and they ask for personal holdings, direct referrals and team performance. See Hedger Pay.
What the rank plans pay

How the structure works
- Every rank sets requirements for your own holding, your direct referrals and your team’s total performance.
- The team performance requirement roughly doubles with each rank, and the top rank asks for three times the one below it.
- Payouts depend on what the people you bring in, and the people they bring in, enter and earn.
- Both programs cap payouts, so a participant’s benefits stop at a multiple of their own entry.

Questions to ask before recruiting or joining
- Where does each payout come from, apart from newer participants?
- What happens to someone who joins late or cannot recruit?
- Are the programs allowed where you and the people you invite live? HedgerX states it is not available in China, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Indonesia.
- What do the program documents say about false promotion? HedgerX’s own market support document bans exaggerated income claims.

How do the rank plans pay?
A referrer is paid when a direct referral enters Hedger AI or Hedger Pay. Higher ranks receive the difference between rank rates on their team's benefits, a same-rank benefit, and one-time pools when team members reach A11, A12 or A13.
Where does the money for referral payouts come from?
HedgerX does not state a separate source. The payouts are tied to the entries and benefits of referred participants, so the plans depend on new participants.
Can I be penalised for abusing referrals?
Yes. HedgerX says it may cancel proceeds, deduct rebates and restrict accounts for fake transactions that claim rebates or commissions, or for moving commissions between linked accounts.
