HedgerX says the Android app is temporarily unavailable for search or download on Google Play while it is optimised in connection with Hedger AI. The iOS version is unaffected. HedgerX says it will resubmit the app to Google Play for review and announce its return through official channels.
HedgerX says its services are not available in China, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Indonesia, so the app may not work for an account there.

Android while Google Play is unavailable
HedgerX’s notice says Android users can install the app from an official APK file, version 1.1.19, hosted on its own download domain static-www.hedgerx.com. We do not link to the file: the address in the notice uses unencrypted http, and APK files from look-alike sites are a common way to steal accounts.
- Open HedgerX’s notice on its official channels (website, X @HedgerX_, Telegram t.me/Hedger_X) and take the download address from there, not from a message or another site.
- Check that the domain ends in hedgerx.com before you download.
- Allow installs from your browser only for this one installation, and switch the permission off afterwards.
- When the app returns to Google Play, HedgerX says it will announce it through official channels. Then install from Google Play again.
Before you install
- Open the store listing yourself rather than following a link someone sent you.
- HedgerX warns that fake sites copy its address with small differences, such as a different ending.
- Once you are logged in, set an anti-phishing code and Google Authenticator. See phishing protection.
What the HedgerX site says about the app
HedgerX calls the app fully compatible with iOS and Android and promises 24/7 online customer service. Its site also makes broad claims about safety and licensing. We have not yet confirmed them, and Is HedgerX legit? lists each one.
