How Hedger Pay works and what stops its payouts
HedgerX presents Hedger Pay as a payments-linked program built with PayWithCrypto. This page covers the mechanics, the withdrawal rules and the payout cap, and notes the figures not yet publicly confirmed.
Conditions HedgerX states
- One benefit package costs 1,500 USDT. The minimum is 0.01 of a package, which is 15 USDT.
- Payouts stop once they reach three times the amount invested.
- Half of every payout is paid in the HedgerX token.
- Moving earnings to a HedgerX account needs a transfer quota earned by trading futures.

Hedger Pay is a different program from Hedger AI
Hedger Pay sells "benefit packages" and ties its payouts to fees on PayWithCrypto payments. Hedger AI sells "Core Charging" and ties its benefits to a trading agent and HedgerX trading fees.
Both programs pay daily in USDT and a HedgerX token, cap their payouts and require a transfer quota to move earnings to a HedgerX account. Only the numbers differ.
The two programs side by side
| Hedger Pay | Hedger AI (Core Charging) | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry unit | Benefit package of 1,500 USDT, minimum 0.01 package (15 USDT) | Charges in multiples of 15 USDT, minimum 15 USDT |
| Paid with | USDT or the HedgerX token (10% discount, tokens burned) | USDT or HEX (HEX is burned) |
| Stated source of payouts | Fees on PayWithCrypto payments | Core Charging cash flow and HedgerX trading fees |
| Payout cap | Three times the amount invested | Five times the amount charged |
| Moving earnings out | Transfer quota equal to 5% of the amount, earned through futures volume | Transfer quota earned by futures trading (20 times the funds used) or by exchanging HEX |
| Ranks | A1 to A13 | A0 to A13, plus a Contract Loss benefit from A7 |

Where HedgerX says the money comes from
PayWithCrypto
A payments company. HedgerX says it provides the payment infrastructure, the real payment scenarios and the fee revenue.
The fee
Each payment carries a 3% fee, and 1% of the payment amount goes into the Hedger Pay pool.
The pool split
Of that 1%, 0.5% funds referral and team incentives, 0.3% the daily base release and 0.2% the package bonus.
HedgerX
Provides the app entry, user growth, community growth and the benefit packages.
HedgerX's deck calls Hedger Pay "not a standalone yield product" and says it rests on real payment business rather than on new user funds.
The deck quotes 32 million users, 20 to 30 million USDT in daily payment volume and 4.3 billion USDT in cumulative volume. We have not yet confirmed these figures. By HedgerX's own formula, the pool is 1% of payment volume.
How users take part
- Enter the HedgerX app.
- Open the Hedger Pay entry point.
- Buy benefit packages. One package is 1,500 USDT. The minimum is 0.01 of a package, so 100 units make one package. Pay with USDT or the HedgerX token, which carries a 10% discount and is burned. There is no upper limit on packages.
- Get eligibility for incentives. Only users who hold packages receive Hedger Pay incentives.
- Receive payouts. They depend on the packages held, promotion contribution and team-building performance.
What a package pays, according to HedgerX
Base release
5 to 6 USDT a day per package, which HedgerX puts at about 0.3% to 0.4% a day.
Package bonus
Two or more packages add 0.04 to 0.1 percentage points, rising with the number held.
Split
Half in USDT and half in the HedgerX token.
Timing
Daily at 00:00 SGT. The advanced growth incentive is paid when a team member reaches A11, A12 or A13.
The 3x cap: when payouts stop
The benefits stop once everything a participant has received in Hedger Pay adds up to three times the value of the packages bought. The cap counts the base release, the package bonus, and the direct-referral, rank-differential and same-rank incentives. HedgerX's example: 15,000 USDT in packages gives a cap of 45,000 USDT.
From base release alone, a package pays 150 to 180 USDT in 30 days, which is 10% to 12% of its price. At that rate, reaching three times the price takes 750 to 900 days. These are our sums from HedgerX's figures, not a forecast.
The deck does not say what happens to the package after the cap.
Getting earnings out: the transfer quota
Hedger Pay earnings, in USDT and HEX, can move to a HedgerX Spot account only with a transfer quota. The deck sets the quota needed at 5% of the amount transferred, so a 1,000 USDT transfer needs 50 USDT of quota.
Quota comes from futures trading. HedgerX's tutorial counts an opened position at 20 times its value, and valid volume from buy or sell orders counts. Quota earned this way is valid for the same day and clears at 00:00 SGT.
The deck and the tutorial state the rule in two different ways, so we have not reduced them to one exact trading volume per transfer.
The route in HedgerX's tutorial
- Move funds from the Spot account to the Contract account, depositing first if needed.
- Open a futures position.
- Check your quota under PayFi, then Earning.
- Use Match Transfer to send USDT or HEX to the Spot account.
- Trade, send internally or withdraw on-chain.
The tutorial advises isolated margin and 2x to 5x leverage for beginners, and warns that leverage above 10x is easily liquidated.
Ranks, team payouts and what else depends on new sign-ups
Hedger Pay has 13 ranks, A1 to A13, with requirements for personal holdings, direct referrals and team performance. A referrer is paid when a direct referral buys packages. Higher ranks receive the difference between rank rates and a same-rank incentive, plus one-time pools when team members reach A11, A12 or A13.
Other programs are tied to new Hedger Pay performance. HedgerX Nodes, in four tiers, share a percentage of trading fees and a "loss benefit" from their team, and holders must meet monthly targets measured in new Hedger Pay performance. Community offices with at least 60 m² of space and two packages can receive a subsidy of 6% to 10% of newly added team performance, settled every 15 days for three months.
The market support document itself prohibits false promotion and exaggerated income claims.
Risks to weigh before buying a package
- A cap on payouts
- Benefits stop at three times the amount invested.
- Half in the token
- Half of every payout moves with the HedgerX token price.
- Trading to withdraw
- Moving earnings out needs futures trading, which can liquidate your position.
- Unconfirmed revenue
- The PayWithCrypto figures are not yet confirmed.
- Team-based pay
- Several incentives depend on referrals and promotions, and nodes and offices are paid on new performance.
- Rules can change
- HedgerX's materials say amounts and rules follow its latest announcements and platform display.
