The team needs six capabilities, in HedgerX’s list: cross-sector research, project background investigation, on-chain and market data analysis, trend assessment, capital flow observation and project risk identification. The stated goal is to assess promising assets before they draw wide attention, and to feed listings, market operations, user education and partnerships.
Grants
The whitepaper describes HedgerX Grant as incentives paid through HEX to developers, applications, regional markets, on-chain tools and community contributors. It names developer incentives, DApp incentives, application funding, regional support, community rewards, content and research incentives, and on-chain infrastructure development.
