How to withdraw crypto from HedgerX
Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, pick the coin and the network, enter the address and the amount. Limits depend on your KYC level, and security changes lock withdrawals for 24 hours.
Choose the network the receiving wallet supports, not the cheapest one. HedgerX warns that a mismatched network can lose the funds permanently.

Withdrawal steps
- Open Wallet, then Withdraw. Choose the withdrawal type: on-chain, or internal if the recipient also has a HedgerX account.
- Select the coin.
- Choose the network. It must match what the receiving wallet or exchange supports.
- Enter the address. Paste it and compare the first and last characters with the source.
- Add a memo or tag if the coin needs one. Required for XRP, TON, BNB on BEP-2 and EOS.
- Confirm and submit. Check the amount against your available balance and the fee.
- Track the status. Find it in your withdrawal history. HedgerX says a transaction ID usually appears within 1 to 60 minutes.

Why a withdrawal can be restricted
- The amount is below the minimum for that coin.
- Part of the balance is locked in open orders, P2P trading, copy trading or Earn products such as staking. Release it first.
- A 24-hour security lock applies after a change to the password, funding password, two-factor authentication, email or phone, or after suspicious activity.
- The address is invalid, or a required memo or tag is missing.
- The amount exceeds the limit for your KYC level.
- The network is congested, or the wallet is under maintenance.
- HedgerX’s risk control flagged the account. The platform names wash trading, trading between your own accounts, moving funds across accounts, and opening and closing positions 10 times within 3 minutes. It says it may restrict withdrawals or freeze accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the amount I received lower than expected?
HedgerX lists three reasons: funds locked in open trades, the withdrawal fee deducted from the transfer, and rewards that cannot be withdrawn. Check your available spot balance before you submit.
Why did my withdrawal fail?
The usual causes are an insufficient balance, an invalid address, a risk-control restriction on the account, or network congestion and maintenance.
How do I raise my withdrawal limit?
Complete a higher KYC level. Level 1 allows 0.05 BTC a day, Level 2 allows 20 BTC per 24 hours and Level 3 has no limit.
I changed my password and cannot withdraw.
That is the 24-hour security lock. It lifts automatically after 24 hours.
